The idea of a cloud kitchen sounds awesome. One problem with Houston after being in the center for 5 years is that if I wanted to go to HEB, the nearest grocery store, it was at least a 30 minute walk, a 15 minute transit ride, or I had to drive myself. Waited and expected to find parking. Creating a "hub" that allows access to everything you need in a relative location is a great idea.

I'm still thinking about cons, for example, parking. Houston is not a walking or biking friendly city. How do you deal with that issue?

Interestingly, The Woodlands has a small neighborhood with a grocery store in the middle of it, which I think is the biggest idea ever.
